in this online catalog. We normally ship via UPS Ground within 5 business days
of order receipt, so you should expect delivery within 7-10 business days after
your order is placed. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is
processed for shipment.
How Does Your Software Lease Pricing Work?
Mitchell 1 advertises 12-month software leases on this website.
We bill your credit card for the initial down payment when the order is processed
for shipment and then bill you for the monthly payments. When the lease expires
at the end of 12-months, we automatically renew at the agreed-upon rate.
If you choose not to renew at the end of the 12-month lease the software will time out and no longer work. Software purchase programs
are also available, but they are considerably more expensive. Most customers prefer the lower cost, regular updates, and overall convenience of software

I bought one of your software products on eBay,
or other auction site. Is it legitimate?
Probably not. Mitchell 1 does not currently sell any products
through eBay, although Mitchell 1 occasionally advertises its website for Do-it-Yourself
Mechanics, eAutoRepair on eBay. We
have received many reports of bootlegged, or illegal, software being sold on
eBay and other websites. This software is of inferior quality and technical
support is nonexistant. Plus, using illegally bootlegged software is a violation
of Federal law. We investigate all reports of pirated software and prosecute
where possible.
